Gag Order Violates Free Speech Fair Trial

Your right to defend yourself in the public square doesn’t disappear because the government indicts you. The First Amendment protects that right just as the Fifth Amendment right to counsel protects that right just as the Sixth Amendment right to counsel protects that right.
